Shipping and Returns
Our products are lovingly prepared and shipped directly from our narrowboat home. Once you place an order, we find the nearest Post Office from wherever we’re currently moored! While this unique process might take a little longer than standard delivery, you can expect your items within 7–10 days. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
Due to the personalised message from the author, returns are not available for these items unless they are found to be faulty.
